Wesley Chapel is a suburb of Tampa, FL, located just north of the "big city". It's a small, friendly town that offers some peace and quiet and warm weather.

Please plan accordingly for "Resort Formal". Similar to Cocktail party attire, or other formal event attires, Resort Formal Attire consists of formal wear with a seaside twist!

For Men:

Dress pants or nice slacks, paired with a dress shirt or button-up shirt (with or without a jacket) is recommended. For shoes, we recommend dress shoes or a nice pair of loafers.

For Women:

Some options for "Resort Formal" may include full-length dresses/gowns, mid-length skirts or pantsuits.

We appreciate everyone who wants to help us celebrate the big day! Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we are limited to the amount of guests who are able to attend the event. Please reach out to Kate or Tate before bringing any additional guests.

As much as we appreciate the little ones who want to help make this day special, this is an 18+ event .

We plan for the Ceremony to take place outside, with the reception being inside (both at the same location!) With the unpredictability of Florida weather in mind, the Ceremony will take place inside in the case of rain or other inclement weather conditions. We recommend planning for an outside event and to take into consideration the temperature (which may range from the 70's to 80's in April).

Unfortunately, due to the venue and the restrictions of their liquor license, outside alcohol is strictly prohibited. However, beer/wine will be provided throughout the event on us, with mixed drinks able to be purchased at the bar!

We recommend flying into Tampa International Airport (TPA) or St. Pete-Clearwater International Airport (PIE). Both are conveniently located just south of Tampa/Wesley Chapel! For more information on flights, hotels/lodging and other travel details, please see our "Location and Transportation" page.
